"We are very grateful to have had an opportunity to rent this unit for three months in the summer. Helene and Gary were wonderful hosts and were always available to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The unit is a one bedroom condo ideally situated on the periphery of Beacon Hill park. It has a nice outside patio and green area which was well appreciated and utilized on the many sunny days of the summer. During our stay, they installed a screen door access to the patio which allowed for breeze that was very nice on the warmer days. The interior has a large kitchen which is well stocked with everything that you would be likely to need. The unit has cable tv, a Sonos sound system and good high speed Internet. The bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed. The walk in closet was a good size and housed all of our stuff for the length of our stay. We appreciated being able to receive mail directly rather than through a post office box. Parking was provided for one car in the underground garage and the spot was easy to access. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Cook street village, Beacon Hill park, ocean and downtown. Having said that, it was in a quiet location, especially at night. We highly recommend this apartment for a Victoria stay."
