JAMES BAY VILLAGE: The incredibly walkable neighbourhood of James Bay has a unique vibe all its own. James Bay is Victoria's oldest neighbourhood. Known for its lively waterfront and charming Victorian houses. Brightly painted float homes and kiosks selling fish and chips cluster around Fisherman’s Wharf.
